RAC/ANT Meet 5 | 25th May.   

Events are mixed gender and open to athletes 6-99yrs  

Event fee is in place to raise fund for the HOST CLUB and ANT 2024 All Schools Team.

Events are for the following age groups:  *Note: Para athletes compete with their age groups for all events. 

Event times are approximate and will depend on entry numbers.   

Warm-Up 2.00pm, 1st event 2.30pm, at the conclusion of 1st event, age groups can move to their next event if the site is available. 

6-7yrs - Shot Put, 500m, Discus, 60m Shuttle Relay

8yrs - Hurdles, Shot Put, High Jump, Medley Relay*

9yrs - Hurdles, High Jump, Shot Put, Medley Relay*

10-11yrs - Hurdles, Long Jump, Javelin, Medley Relay*

U14 -Hurdles or 100m, Javelin, Medley Relay#, Long Jump

U16 - Hurdles or 100m, High Jump, Medley# Relay, Shot Put

U18-U20 - Hurdles or 100m, Long Jump, Medley Relay#, Hammer or Javelin

Open/Masters - Hurdles or 100m, Hammer, Medley Relay#, Long Jump 

*Medley Relay - Leg 1 400m, Leg 2 200m, Leg 3 100m, Leg 4 100m 

#Medley Relay - Leg 1 800m, Leg 2 400m, Leg 3 200m, Leg 4 200m
