Program
- This Aqua jogging program will mimic running on land, and provide a neuromuscular workout that will assist in keeping your running-specific muscles active. The same cannot be said for other exercises that some athletes do during or off season like riding a bike or swimming. This program will include running at different intensities and distance through the pool and some other aerobic exercises/movements for a 1 hour session over 6 weeks
